Stag Hollow Herb & Flower Farm

We operate a small farm consisting of about 30 acres of agricultural and forested land in Yamhill OR where we grow a variety of English and French lavender cultivars, culinary herbs, and flowers.

About us

After a lifetime of adventure and indulgence of our love for the outdoors in Juneau, Alaska, we have returned to our original stomping grounds in Oregon to put down roots and realize a life-long dream of being farmers. For over 15 years, Teresa ran an indoor plant store and flower shop called “The Plant People” and made a name for herself as a talented florist and renowned “wearable artist”. At Stag Hollow Farm, she is putting her green thumb and artistic eye to use again growing a variety of lavender, culinary and aromatic herbs, and flowers and making all manner of creative crafts and exquisite flower arrangements.

Rick is a software engineer working hard towards an early retirement of tending crops, engineering harvesting and business process improvements, chopping and milling wood and caretaking the forest, and building out the workshop in the “art barn” to produce a variety of fine woodcrafts for the store.

Pasco the dog joined us in 2018 and keeps watch over everything going on around the farm and takes his job of keeping the deer out of the flower beds very, very seriously.

Wallace (“the Menace”) joined us in December of 2022 and he and Pasco are best friends, like ebony and ivory.
